How do I rent a full class?

How long do I get my rental for?
You have access to the class you rented for 2 weeks!
Why can’t I keep the class after I’ve rented it?
Right now, we’re in the very early stages of Dancio. There are only 4 classes! We have plans in the future to build a subscription-based membership that allows users to access all classes in our library on an ongoing basis.
My password for Julie Kent’s barre doesn’t work. What do I do?
Make sure that you’re using all caps – it’s case-sensitive!
My video keeps stalling. What do I do?
Because we are at the very start of our launch, we are relying on internet based services to get our videos to our students at this time. Unfortunately, this means that if you are trying to take class in a place without a strong internet connection, there may be starts and stops to the video.
There are two ways around this at present:
- Make sure you are taking your class while connected to powerful wifi! This can be in a school with a strong connection or home with high-speed internet, etc. But it's probably not best to try to take while only connected to a phone's 4G, for example.
- Play the video at a lower quality. Vimeo allows you to play the video at less than HD if you have a slower connection. This option is at the lower right-hand corner of your video screen.
Can I download my video?
At this time, we do not offer video downloads.
I can’t find my free video. Where is it?
Search your email box! It probably got lost in your promotions folder or spam folder! Search for email@example.com or email us!
