Then there’s the official Barre a Terre in which Anabella leads you through a series of exercises to work, understand, and practice a healthy and efficient turnout.  After that you get to enjoy the feeling of your hard work in the perfect cool down recovery to get you ready for whatever’s next in your day. This small space class is perfect for conditioning or preparation for a long day of dancing.
